How long does delivery take?
  • Cairo: Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the same day.
  • Giza: 2–3 business days.
  • Other governorates: 3–5 business days.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — Same-day delivery is available in Cairo for orders placed before 2 PM.

Do you ship all over Egypt?

Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Al-Qalyubia, Al-Sharqia, Al-Menofia, Al-Gharbia, Al-Dakahlia, Damietta, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Al Fayoum, Beni Swef, Suez, Port Said, and Ismailia.

Can I open the package before paying (COD inspection)?

Currently, inspection before payment is not available.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Yes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email to update your address before shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email with delivery updates.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. We currently offer Cash on Delivery across all supported governorates.

Do you accept credit or debit cards?

Online card payments will be available soon.

Do you accept Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, or ValU?

Not at the moment. We are working on expanding our payment options in the near future.

Are there any extra fees?

No hidden fees. You only pay the product price + shipping fee

What is your return period?

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.
After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Can opened skincare or cosmetic products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

What items are eligible for return?

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Promotional items not returned as a full set
  • Products not in original packaging
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to our error, please report it immediately.

We will replace it with the same item at no additional cost.

What about gifts?

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

If not marked as a gift, the refund will be
issued to the original purchaser.

How are refunds processed?

If approved:

  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method (10–14 business days once available).
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via InstaPay, bank transfer, or a gift card for future purchases.
What happens with promotional offers (Buy 1 Get 1, etc.)?
  • All items in the promotion must be returned together.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Partial returns from promotional bundles are not eligible for full refunds.
Who pays return shipping?
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Inner You, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong shade, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Are you an authorized distributor?

Inner You works with trusted suppliers and verified distributors to ensure we provide authentic skincare and beauty products.
While we may not always be the official distributor of every brand, we
carefully source our products to maintain quality and authenticity.

Where do you source your products from?

All products sold on Inner You are 100% original skincare and beauty products sourced directly from trusted brands,
authorized distributors, and reliable suppliers.
We are committed to offering authentic skincare products in Egypt that meet high quality standards.

Are expiration dates shown on the packaging?

Yes. All skincare and cosmetic products sold on our website include clear expiration dates on the packaging, ensuring safety and transparency for our customers.

We recommend checking the packaging for the manufacturing and expiration date before use

How do I apply a discount code?

To apply a discount code:

  1. Add your desired products to your cart.
  2. Go to Your Cart.
  3. Enter the code in the Discount Code field.
  4. Click Apply, and the discount will be applied if the code is valid.
Can offers be combined?

In most cases, only one promotion or discount code can be applied per order.

Offers and coupon codes cannot usually be combined unless explicitly stated in
the promotion terms.
